Villa Carina is a typical Tuscan country house of the 19th Century with stone walls, chestnut wood beam ceilings and a huge fireplace. Extended on a surface of 250 sqmt on two floors, the villa has 4 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. On the ground floor a large equipped kitchen is next to a roomy dining room which opens towards a sitting room with TV set and sofas in front of the fireplace. Opposite the open space room is a double bedroom fit for impaired people. On the first floor are three large double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, in which third beds can be added upon request. Finally, a small flight of stairs leads up to the “piccionaia” loft, formerly the pigeonhouse, where a sitting lounge opens over a unique panorama.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with floor heating. Together with all comforts, the facilities include telephone, Internet connection and a safe.
The 5000 sqmt fenced garden hosts a large swimming pool with hydromassage corner and children pool, a playground and a small rural style annex for cooking and barbecuing in the open air.

The house develops on two floors on a surface of 400 sq mts and one of its sides faces directly the main road of the village. At the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, store room), an elegant living room with fireplace and sat TV, a large and comfortable dining room and a bathroom with shower. The first floor hosts one master bedroom with tester bed, three double bedrooms, one large bathroom with elegant tub and one bathroom with shower. Up to 3 extra beds can be added in the rooms.

The villa si surrounded by a charming fenced garden hosting a gazebo, a barbecue and a panoramic Italian Loggia with outdoor chairs and sofa and overlooking a swimming pool with Jacuzzi corner. The pool is suitable for children. The frame is completed by the children playground with table tennis and swing.

The villa is just 45 minutes driving from the International airport of Pisa as well as from San Gimignano and Volterra or the coastal town Cecina. Florence and Lucca are within one hour whereas Siena is 90 minutes away. Food shops, bars, a bank, the post office, the chemist and the doctor are all within walking distance from the villa.

Old country house ideal for a luxury holiday. Built in local stone it has preserved during the renovation work its original style gaining an elegant and romantic atmosphere. Surrounded by the enchanting scenery of the Val di Cecina, the building consists of two floors, swimming pool, porch and large garden.
